Reservation fee is required for a minimum of Php5,000.00 non refundable, to be deducted from the total amount of bill.

Full payment shall be made before the start of the function. We only accept CASH PAYMENT or BANK DEPOSIT or CASH REMITTANCE (fees shouldered by depositor or sender).

Service is good for 4 hours from the start of the function. Customer is responsible for compensating waiters and driver if extended beyond 4 hours. Minimum of P50.00 per hour per waiters and driver. If customer requests to have 2 meals serve by waiters instead of the 1 meal booked, an additional Php500/staff will be charged for extended hours of waiters and drivers. (example: catered event is for lunch, customer requests to have the waiters stay and remain until dinner for another meal service. With 3 waiters & 1 driver, additional charge of Php2,000. With 6 waiters and 1 driver, additional charge of Php3,500.)

Extra food has been provided to accommodate food service personnel, they can have their meals after guests have been served.

Additional  Delivery/Transportation charge shall be made for venues like Tabango-Php2,000, outside Isabel proper starts at Php1,000, Merida - Php2,000. Other places and mountainous areas are subject for evaluation.

Portage fee minimum of Php500.00 for venues not easily accessible by commercial vehicles or is located 3rd floor and above of the building without access to elevator.

In the case of lost or damage of any caterer’s equipment not due to handling by the food service personnel  a  corresponding price shall be charged.

One Elegant Buffet Table can be added for each hundred persons.

• 100 persons = 1 Buffet Table only

• 200 persons = Max of 2 Buffet Tables

• Additional Buffet Table Php500.00/Buffet Table

One complementary  Presidential Table for a minimum of  100 persons.
